We accept returns on unopened, original condition Keepsake Ornaments within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to receive a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.

Can I use my Hallmark Crown Rewards points on your website?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
